I know this post is a little late, but Hannah turned one month old on Saturday. Where does the time go? It seems like we just brought her home from the hospital! To say the least, she's a perfect baby! Below are the stats on our baby girl:
-is extremely strong and has been picking her head up since she was born.
-nurses every 3-4 hours and sometimes even goes 5 hours during the night (yay!).
-is a tummy-sleeper.
-sleeps best when Caleb is being as loud as possible (don't ask me how that works!).
-has the biggest gummy grins when dreaming!
-gained 1 pound since leaving the hospital and going to her first check-up just 5 days later!
-has completely outgrown all her newborn clothing
-rarely cries.
-absolutely loves to be held upright on just about anyone's shoulder.
-loves being carried around in the Snuggli.
-has the most kissable cheeks I've ever seen!

Now for all the "firsts" that have occurred over the past month:
Caleb received his first haircut on April 20, 2008. Well, I'm not sure if you can actually consider it his "first haircut". Daddy just trimmed the very back of his hair, but I was able to salvage a lock to put in his baby book!
Hannah had her first bath on April 22, 2008, and boy, did she HATE it!
Caleb sat on his new potty chair for the first time on May 5, 2008, but unfortunately nothing happened. We're still working on this one!
Hannah smiled for the first time on May 11, 2008 after Daddy tickled her chin! It was adorable! Unfortunately, we don't have a picture of it though!
